教学工作

主讲《食品卫生与检验》、《仪器分析专题》本科生课程,《现代食品分析技术》研究生课程。主持校级重点教改项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目。指导国家级老员工创新创业训练计划项目;南京高校员工食品科技论坛一等奖、“互联网+”老员工创新创业三等奖、全国老员工生命科学竞赛三等奖。指导“江苏省研究生科研与实践创新计划”。获“张家港市政府奖教金”、伟德BETVLCTOR微课竞赛一等奖等荣誉。

 

科研工作

主要从事食品检验学、食品化学残留与控制、食品生物污染与控制、食品安全风险评估理论和方法等工作。主持江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、食品安全示范城市创建评估等。发表论文30余篇。
