教授,硕士生导师,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所博士,中国科学院海洋研究所博士后,北海道大学水产学部访问研究员,长期从事海洋生物资源开发与利用研究,尤其是海洋多糖降解工具酶开发以及海洋功能寡糖的高效制备与应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金(面上和青年项目)、江苏省重点研发计划(现代农业)、宿迁市科技发展计划项目等多项国家及省级课题,与山东五洲丰农业科技有限公司等企业合作开发了“海心花”系列新型海藻肥,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项;主编普通高等教育十三五和十四五规划教材《海洋酶工程》及《海洋酶工程实验教程》各1部,获江苏省轻工协会科学技术一等奖、江苏省海洋学会科技二等奖和江苏省创新创业大赛一等奖等科研奖励,入选江苏省双创人才计划“科技副总”,兼任江苏省海洋学会海洋生物资源委员会委员,河南省特色微生物工程中心兼职教授。
